Pricelist

The price does not includes the city acommodation fee - 6 CZK per person and night.

Payment in EUR also possible. Prices are governed by the current exchange rate.

 

Extra bed

Infants are free of charge, children from 1 to  2 years: 125,- CZK /night, children from 2 and adults on extra bed: 250,- CZK.

Pets: +100 CZK / day.

Another person without extra bed: 125,- CZK per night.

 

Payment by credit card

We accept most credit cards.

When paying by credit card we charge a fee to cover costs related to this transaction of 4 % to the total price.

 

 

Booking

Reservation of accommodation by the accommodation facility is binding only after advance payment of your stay. The advance is usually 50% of the total price of the booked stay.

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. Prices and Services

Indicative prices for accommodation and any other services are listed in the accommodation provider's presentation materials (websites, brochures, etc.). However, the price listed in the accommodation voucher (hereinafter referred to as the voucher) is binding for the customer. The breakdown of the services and prices in the voucher is binding for the scope of the contractually agreed services and prices. The accommodation provider is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases that it cannot influence (e.g. force majeure).

2 .Cancellation of the stay by the customer

The customer is entitled to cancel the order at any time before arrival. Cancellation of the stay requires a written electronic form (email with delivery receipt) to the address info@penzion-v-roklich.cz. The date and time of sending the email are decisive for determining the cancellation period.

For larger groups, individual cancellation fees can be agreed.

The accommodation provider will not charge the customer the following cancellation fees for cancellation of the reservation:

8 or more days before arrival: no cancellation fee
7-1 day before arrival: 50% of the total accommodation price
on the day of arrival: 100% of the total accommodation price

In the case of an order in the "non-refundable price" mode, Penzion V Roklích will withdraw the entire amount for the stay from the account to which your payment card belongs, with which you guaranteed the stay. In the event of an invalid card or if you have blocked these transactions on your card, we will inform you. Then the amount must be paid no later than the next day. In the event that we do not receive the payment, we reserve the right to cancel such a reservation. We charge a fee for services related to card payment - see the price list (at www.penzion-v-roklich.cz).

Accommodation is without breakfast, but each room is equipped with its own kitchenette including a refrigerator and dishes.

Cancellation of a reservation due to a death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a member of his family, serious illness, draft order, natural disaster or car accident is not relevant for cancellation of the cancellation fee. We recommend that you arrange cancellation insurance with one of the insurance companies.

3. Validity

These business and cancellation terms and conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and the accommodation voucher.
